Platform

Security, because it is money

Lending software holds member records, loan books and cash positions. These are the controls built into the platform.

Access control

Role-based permissions decide what each user sees and does, down to branch level. A collection agent sees their route; a branch manager sees their branch; head office sees consolidation.

Audit trail

Financial entries carry who made them and when. Corrections are recorded as events rather than silently overwriting the original, so a ledger can be reconstructed.

Data in transit

Cloud deployments are served over HTTPS, and the mobile apps talk to the same encrypted endpoints. Field devices hold cached data only until it syncs.

Backups

Cloud deployments are backed up on a schedule agreed at implementation, with restore tested rather than assumed.

Two-factor authentication

Available on administrative logins for deployments that need it, using standard authenticator apps.

Where your data sits

Each customer runs on their own database. On-premise deployment is available where policy requires data to stay on your own infrastructure.

On certifications. We describe the controls we actually implement. Where a formal certification is required for your regulator, ask us directly and we will tell you plainly what we do and do not hold rather than implying otherwise.

Security questions before you commit?

Ask them early. We would rather answer them properly than discover them at go-live.
